Background: This Annual Report is one of Southside PCN’s only opportunities to communicate with their target audience, who are mainly Provincial Government, and the PCN General Managers, physicians, staff and Board of Directors. This year’s annual report theme was “Making an Impact”.
The Design Problem/Opportunity: This Annual Report is one of Southside PCN’s only opportunities to make an impact on our target audience (mainly Provincial Government, but also the PCN General Managers, physicians, staff and Board of Directors). We want them to be drawn to pick up and engage with our report.
The Solution: Our design strategy was to create a “paper version of the Edmonton Southside PCN”, to walk the viewer through the experience of a patient, and telling real ongoing patient narratives.
